JM Callouts Remastered is the remastered callout pack from the original JM Callouts BETA
pack previously uploaded to LSPDFR.com. This callout pack will have the best callouts that I ever done. Expect a lot from this pack.
Note: If you have InteriorsV Mod installed, you need to disable Story Mode Compatibility. Some callouts will break if not disabled.

About:
Simple Ped Menu is a ped menu where you can change into any ped in the game besides Michael, Franklin, and Trevor.
Purpose:
Main purpose of this menu is to access to peds and other options way quicker than any other trainer out there in the GTA modding scene.
WARNING For Content Creators/Streamers/Players:
Some vanilla Peds that are in the menu are NSFW by default. Player Discretion is advised.
This menu was created using Abel Gaming's NativeUI Menu Template

Install:

How To Use:
1) Go in game
2) Hit F9 (by default) to bring up the menu then you should have a section for peds, vehicles, weapons, and more.
3) Select what you want and enjoy!
Radio Options Use:
You must be in a vehicle with Music Audio turned on in Game Settings or have Mobile Radio option turned on to use this feature.
2 Radio Stations will not work (Blaine County Radio & West Coast Talk Show) when crossing the county line. RockstarGames hardcoded this. You just got to deal with it.

Known Issues
NPCs in certain remote areas may not react as expected due to game-world limitations. Some NPCs may prioritize melee weapons despite having firearms available due to AI behavior limitations. Features
Aggressive NPC Behavior: NPCs attack each other and the player on sight, turning the streets into a battlefield. Dynamic Weapon Assignment: Each NPC is assigned a single weapon with customizable ammo limits for a balanced and realistic experience. Chaotic Traffic: Drivers abandon vehicles or drive erratically, disregarding traffic laws and creating mayhem. This feature can be toggled in the .ini file. Dark Atmosphere: Nighttime with smoggy weather amplifies the purge-like ambiance, fully customizable via the .ini file. Purge Audio: An immersive audio track plays at the start of the purge to set the tone (optional). Interactive Controls: Start: Initiates the purge, enabling hostile NPC behavior and chaotic driving. PoliceAI SHVDN Edition is a custom mod designed to overhaul the police response system in GTA V using ScriptHookVDotNet. This mod enhances how law enforcement behaves during pursuits, adding more realism and increasing difficulty through smarter tactics, SWAT team deployments, dynamic roadblocks, and more aggressive responses as the player’s wanted level escalates.
With a focus on customizable settings and AI behavior improvements, the mod adds significant depth to police chases, making it more challenging for players to escape as the police employ advanced strategies like roadblocks, helicopters, SWAT teams, and snipers.

Dynamic Roadblocks
Roadblocks are now set up strategically during high-speed pursuits, making it more difficult for players to escape.
Helicopter Support
Helicopters join the chase at higher wanted levels, actively tracking and engaging the player from the air.
SWAT Team Deployment
When players reach a 5-star wanted level, heavily armed SWAT units are deployed with armored vehicles to apprehend the player.
Spike Strips
Police deploy spike strips during chases to puncture tires, slowing down the player's vehicle.
Snipers
Snipers are deployed at extreme wanted levels, targeting the player from long distances.
Police Checkpoints
Police establish checkpoints during pursuits, making escape routes more difficult to navigate.
Highly Recommended Additions
For a truly immersive experience, add Rebalanced Dispatch Enhanced (RDE). RDE offers even more features and improvements to the police response system in GTA V, including:
