This is the post that I followed to figure this out.
So in my server console I have been getting a lot of Server Thread Hitch Warnings. So I decided to investigate as this has been causing some serious latency issues in my server. After following the post I shared at the top I found the FivePD is the only thing hitching over 50ms a tick.
