    You're welcome!

Only the standard GTA IV game can be patched to 1.0.4.0, as EFLC starts off at 1.1.0.0, so it is already higher than the current GTA IV patch of 1.0.7.0. So if you want to have a smooth time running mods and ENB stuff, I suggest 1.0.4.0. If you don't care about performance, you can still go for 1.0.7.0 to avoid the arrest crashes with 0.95 RC2 and 1.0.4.0, but you would still need the standard GTA IV. I don't think mods run as well on EFLC as they do on the standard game. I've tried to get stuff in EFLC to work, and in my opinion, it is more of a pain in EFLC. Although the methods are practically the same, the results aren't (at least for me).

LOL C'mon Pruitt5000 that tells us just has much as it told you!!! NOTHING!! WHat mods is any do you have installed on your game? Also are you right clicking on the GTAIV.EXE icon and clicking on "RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR"? If you look in the properties of that icon you can put a check mark on it so you don't have to waste time right clicking on it everytime you want to play GTAIV... Anyway hope someone else chime in on something else that could help you out..

Mine would crash ALOT also, but i got tired of it and saved my save game file on the decktop and reinstalled my GTAIV and loaded the save game and all of the mods 1 by 1 and check it to see which one was causing the crashing..l but so far it's working perfect and the only thing i don't have installed that i had installed when it was crashing all of the time is the traffic/taxi fix mod!!! Guess it was a conflict within the scripts IDK.. but im happy now!! had the game on for 2 hrs and not 1 crash and even the call outs was still working for both the LCPDFR and Braveheart scripts...
