I would like to see more realistic civilian AI, like if you shoot, they run away from the shots, not towards them like idiots.

It needs a better police resonding mode like LCPD:FR built in but without all the features, That can still be modded

Something I want GONE, is when you go through the intersection on a red light, green light, as a civilian, as a cop..even with Code 3, you get honked at. I can't help but rage and screech my tires when somebody honks at me, and shoot their car until it blows up.
