What We Want In GTA V

Dont you think speeding tickets would slow the game? I mean in GTA you have 2 choices:
-Driving like maniac
-Driving like normal person
If you get stoped in middle of the mission it could get stupid.
I would like more side jobs: Taxi missions, Bus(Like in VC that was a good way of earning 5$ per passanger), trucking missions, perhaps towtruck missions, and much better vigilante missions, rob the stores, houses, test drives like in LCS... These are some of features that would make this game great. Combine some elements from older games in series.
Oh yea, MUSIC. It would be nice to have popular music, like in VC, there were a lots of hits from the time the game took place at.

All I want from GTA: V is native scripting and mod support, I don't even care if they release a mod kit or not, the community has always been able to create a plethera of tools (most of which I would think will work on GTA:V with little to no modification) quite quickly. Just the ability to create mods without having to hack the game and bypass safeguards preventing it. Knowing R* and the fact that the PC version WILL be a console port I am not getting my hopes up.

I actually still don't quite understand why they don't at least make it easier for us to mod out the client. The modding community has always been here with the GTA series. Just like life finds a way, modders always find a way to crack open and tinker with games.

Oh yea, having different car models/textures for every city/county like cruiser and patrol of Los Santos, Las Venturas, San Fierro, Dillimore, El Quebrados, Angel Pine, Fort Carson, Bone, Flint and Red County, and some new towns and conties that may be added.
I know it would make game take much more space, but it would make it more realistic :)

having battelions chiefs cars
a working fire ladder truck
each city has its own department with its unique skin like gta sa
better police lights effects like the one in NFS HP

I think the GTA is not a full RPG game... It's not about that we are simulated my second life because this essence is a criminal life. However the job and family and then a endless game is a good idea. :)

1. Wilderness that features wildlife, and desert that doesn't look the same. For example imagine being with a group of 5 friends, and suddenly a Bear appears out of nowhere..or a pack of wolves. 5 guys vs a pack of wolves.
2. AI that knows how to drive. If i step into traffic I want the AI to at least be smart enough to attempt to avoid hitting me by swerving or actually slamming on the brakes, not just slowing down.
3. Mini-games, and other activities like plane challenges, Racing challenges, basically everything that GTA: San Andreas had except expanded. Make challenges more dynamic also. For example if you're racing, change the routes every race so it's not the same direction every single time.
4. A story that expands on GTA IV system of decision making. I want to be able to decide if that person I'm sent to kill lives instead and that decision later comes back to affect me later down the road.
5. 32/64 multiplayer. More people = more chaos/fun.
6. Scenery, scenery, scenery. ENB opened the door to what GTA could be like with good settings, and decent landscape. Add this to GTA V, to where I can go from a gritty urban environment to the slow rural area of the Country.
