The following below are the errors I recieved when attempting to install Cleo 4.

    Error opening file for writing:

    C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/CLEO.asi

    C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/CLEO4.chm

    C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/bass.dll

    C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/vorbisFile.dll

    C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/vorbisHooked.dll

    C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/CLEO/FileSystemOperations.cleo

    C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/CLEO/IniFiles.cleo

    C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/CLEO/IntOperations.cleo

    /data/sa/classes.db

    /data/sa/opcodes.txt

    /data/sa/SASCM.INI

After every error notice there were three choices to ABORT, RETRY, and IGNORE

For each of those error notice I chose to IGNORE and continue the installation process

This is shown at the end of the installation process where there is the option to show details of where it went

    Output folder: C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas

    Output folder: C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/CLEO

    Output folder: C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/CLEO/CLEO_SAVES

    Output folder: C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/CLEO/CLEO_TEXT

    Output folder: /data/sa

    Completed

Also I am trying to install ELM 9.1 and since it doesn't work; I assume the Cleo 4 did not install correctly.

    Sir,

How would I grant full access to my gta san andreas folder? I seriously would not know how to do that.

OK, I think I have managed to grant somewhat full access to my gta san andreas folder and I am going to try and install Cleo 4 again.

Edit: New errors: Error opening file for writing:

    /data/sa/classes.db

    /data/sa/opcodes.txt

    /data/sa/SASCM.INI

At the done when I clicked show details

    Extract: vorbisFile.dll

    Extract: vorbisHooked.dll

    Output folder: C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/Cleo

    Extract: FileSystemOperations.cleo

    Extract: IniFiles.cleo

    Extract: IntOperations.cleo

    Output folder: C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/CLEO/CLEO_SAVES

    Output folder: C:/Program Files/Rockstar Games/GTA San Andreas/CLEO/CLEO_TEXT

    Output folder: /data/sa

    Completed

Also of note is that when I granted the gta san andreas folder full access and I tried to test if the installation works. The Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas program will not start up.

I think so...for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas I always make to sure to run as admin.

Edit: I tried running GTA: SA again and this is the error I get-

This application failed to start because vorbis.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I did a fresh install of the game. So...again a new problem. <---Yes, I know so many problems from me but please bear with me. The new problem is that in the GTA San Andreas folder is a file called CLEO.asi and it comes with downloading and installing the CLEO 4 program. Now the CLEO.asi is preventing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas from starting up. Any helpful tips?
