Maybe just a dsound and advancedhook?

You need Scripthook, SHDN, and an ASI loader. If you have LCPDFR or ELS, you have all that you need besides SHDN (LCPDFR has SHDN, but it's an old version). Use the newest SHDN; it's included in the zip file.

For some strange reason it does not work for me

After a while playing with the mod I get an error saying : " Error in script spawncars.net.dll "
but to be honest. I love it man. finally having the state troopers driving in their right car. I can even spawn an fbi car. with detectives in it!.

Amazing man. Looking forward to a improved version!
