i'll add one thing : the sirens files must ne MP3 format, wav wont work and u can't hear the siren IN-GAME

Do you have any good ELM Sirens? I cant seem to find a decent Federal Q & Whelen in the proper format.

Do you know how to put ELM 9.1 (or any one) onto the EURO 1.1 No-CD (.exe) version? I have cleo 4 but it always crashes when I try to activate it ingame. Do you know how to fix this/ Thaks, it would help a lot!!
