When do you encounter this error? When you click to upload a file or when you have already uploaded a file and submit?
Hey,
I thought this happend cause the rollback but I've seen some people who already uploaded files today.
After clicking on "Add submission" I'll be redirected on http://gtapolicemods.com/index.php? and get th following error:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I too have this issue, for me it is when hitting "Add Submission".
So far me and several others have not had this issue. Run this link and then try again and let me know what happens.

Used the one at the bottom of the forum and retryed, still getting the 403.

I think you guys have some cookies left over from the old site and are directing you to the old IP if someone would can you try running ccleaner?
Ran ccleaner, cleared cache and deleted gpm cookies manualy, still 403.
Yea, i have ran CCleaner, removed all my cookies, flushed my dns, and i still get this error, so i dont know.
Yea, after hitting "Add submission".
It definitly isn't a cookie problem, I just tried it with another PC where I just reinstalled windows and it doesn't work too.
