I have a couple problems with creating Ped skins. See attachements.



Problem # 1: Badge is 3/4 of the way covered[attachment=598:gallery7.jpg]

Problem # 2: Rank Insignia(under patches) are whacked out[attachment=597:gallery6.jpg]
