This seems more like a question, more than it is a mod suggestion.
No my samp working i don't have problems but lights cant start to flashing no menu nothing and F12 dont work ..
Did you replace american.gxt? But no crashes? It just doesnt work?

is your GTA v1.0 ? If it's not try downgrading it. Should work.
