GTA EFLC ELS Installed, but not working

what isnt loading....game...els? is it fixed?

the game is not loading, what i just did is replace the files back to v3 and it loaded on administrator, but when i replaced the files with the v6 files it does not run. GRRRRRRRRR :O' />

I have GTA 4 version 1.00 and ELS use 4
Now I've got GTA 4 ELFC version 1.1.0.0 me.
The question is which version of ELS I need for this version?

Please help
