GTA EFLC ELS Installed, but not working

alright, so the eflc folder is:

C:/Program Files(x86)/Rockstar Games/EFLC) and this is where it is supposed to go?



and i got a profesional graphics card in my computer that runs 128-bit



and where does the net framework go?

the other 2 are installed like any other program

I downloaded the framework thing and installed it but it is still not working and i got those files in the eflc file

well i just downloaded an ambulence that is els enabled and like 2 or three lights light up but they dont flash and they turn on when the vehicle turns on. and when i try to save changes to the els file for the colors and such it says access denied

You said when you got in the ambulance that a few of the lights lit up, well in that case i would say are you running an in game trainer because you need to disable the trainer keys so that you can use "J" and "K". Also you said that when you tried to change values in the ELS.ini it said access denied when you tried to save. If your running Windows 7 then you may need to right click on your Rockstar Games folder, go to properties then go to the security tab and make sure that your user has full control over that folder.

What trainer are you using the in game trainer or SNT? If you are using SNT then you can press F3, go to options then you will see two columns. Near to the bottom of the right hand column it says Disable Keys.

I JUST RELIZED MY PROBLEM, I HAD VERSION 3 AND NOT 6. SO I DOWNLOADED VERSION 6 and replaced the files but now it will not run on administrator. there is nothing at all its like it stops loading

well it did it also when i had the v3 in but it worked after i resolved it somehow
