1.) Piracy is not supported so i suggest you buy the game from best buy. Once you have it installed add in the NO CD Crack so you can mod the game and play online.

    Download that here: http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads...sa-no-cd-patch

Put the .exe file in your San Andreas Directory and replace the .exe already there.

2.) In order to create your own fire station and buildings, you need to understand scripting for SA:MP aswell as mapping. To map i would recommend the MTA Map Editor which comes with the MTA:SA Client.

    Download: http://www.mtasa.com/

3.) You need to learn how to script to make your own game modes and player spawns. I suggest reading up the tutorials on the SA:MP website and forum.

All can be found here: http://www.sa-mp.com/

    4.) same as above

If you need help and have Teamviewer, i would be glad to assist you in any way. Also contact the Public Relations Department, they are some of the best help you will ever find in any community, and they know their stuff.

And yes, scripting takes time to learn, but as long as you have patience, once you understand it your all set to start any project. Mapping on the other hand is EASY with the new MTA Map Editor.

    Good Luck with your projects.

Agreed with Moose, But i suggest instead of using that NO-CD crack, i would use http://gtapolicemods.com/index.php?/...memory-fix-20/

It acts as a no CD crack and does a lot more like fix high quality models in the game and supports TXD hack.

Yes Stream memory fix works also. I probably should have mentioned that but i always associate it with TXD Hack so it didnt cross my mind. Good point.

You need the MTA:SA Client to use the editor. All the tutorials can be found on the SA:MP wiki and forums as posted above.
