About 15-20 minutes into a game my textures decide that they want to disappear and not come back. I Restart my game and play for another 15-20.
Is there any way to fix this?
Also my game crashes when I try to play Single Player. It loads for a few seconds and then crashes with an error. (not sure what error - will try to figure it out)
Do you use mods? (which one(s)?)

yes I believe its the car pack I had the same problem with my game, I just replace the emergency cars with the ones provided here on GPM and the rest are the original R* cars so try putting back all the original cars back and see if that works
EDIT: Also when adding a new car using SparkIV use the rebulid option after your done
