workable ladder on FDNY tiller

So I was playing around with the FDNY tiller and wondered what if it had a working ladder. Someone could make a cleo mod to do this and it is possible maybe. I saw a towtruck mod that had a cleo mod that gave you a fully working boom where you could rotate it extend it and move it up and down. So it would be awesome someone actually did this.

The tow truck already has the extra power of lowering and raising the boom, so adding in rotation, extension and things like that isn't that hard. The tiller trailer replaces the gasoline tanker, and in doing this you would come upon two problems. First off is that the tanker doesn't have extra abilities, so that would be a hindrance. Second and most important is that when you drive the tiller, you're only driving the cab part. Controlling the trailer is not possible for the first and foremost reason that the game wouldn't know how to differentiate between the trailer you're pulling and some other car passing by. So no, this mod would not be possible.

I think it would be possible if you would add it as a towtruck into GTA:SA.

Like; add a new vehicle into GTA SA, give it the Tow Truck's options, and maybe also a siren option...

If you replace the trailer as a towtruck, you can't connect a tractor to it you nincompoop.

Yeah agreed, It wouldn't work. SA is just to outdated for making a major mod such as that one. But what if you use the packer? Get a ladder truck to replace the packer then you could put the ladder up with a few adjustments. Add sirens, ect...

Wouldn't it be easier to just make it on the normal ladder (firela) instead of trying to do it for the tiller

No, he's trying to get a MOVING ladder. Such as one to go up, down, left, right, ect...
