How do I go about removing emergency lights?

Firstly, I'm not sure if this is even possible with the car I want to edit, as I'm apparently not suppose to edit this model. But I only want it for personal use, I won't be uploading it anywhere.



The model in question is Bxbugs123's NYPD Detective 03 Crown Vic.

The mod is great, only problem is there is too many flashing lights on it. He has the dome light on this car, but also has 2 lights at the front and 4 at the back, which really detract from the dome and kind of defeat the purpose of it in the first place.





Short of shooting them out every time I want to use the car, is there a way of disabling the extra 6 lights?

Thanks, but I want to keep just the dome light.

I have no knowledge of modding, so it would take me days to figure out how to get a dome light on the clean version of the car.

I don't want to remove any physical objects from the car, I just want to remove/disable the flashing lights in the headlights and taillights.

which is A PHYSICAL OBJECT EMBEDDED IN THE LIGHTS requiring you to edit the model of the car which is locked
