if that was in fact a serious question, i cant flat out state that it is legal, but i cannot state that it is not illegal. I would assume no. In order to carry a machine gun, it requires a special permit in itself, let alone a large stack of cash. As far a concealment carry, i personally wouldnt try it
There really needs to be a humor section, so people like me who lack a good sense of humor (or whatever you want to call it) can tell the if something is a joke or not.
I'm not completely sure if this is a joke at all.
