Im wondering how to make a car skin either with cs6 or paint.net btw the car i want to make is a maricopa county sherrif cvpi... PS i know how to make a basic skin only in paint though (all ik is how to write word and paste images.) and the main problen im having is the swoosh part with the star and sherrif part.
