Faded Vehicle Colors (Full Gray At Times)

I've been playing with the same vehicles for some time now, but until recently, when spawning the police vehicles, 9/10 times it will be of a faded color or even completely gray with no emblems or decals. I made the custom skins on most, but one I left alone and it does it on both. Anybody have/had the same issue and know whats causing it?

It may just be dirt. If you are using SNT go to car options and then there is an object called clean car. try using that.

In the image it does kinda look like dirt, however, there are times where the vehicle is completely gray, not covered in dirt. After I span the vehicle 15-20 times, I will usually get a good color to it. I delete the dirt when i install the skins.

Sir, delete the dirt and your vehicle will go full gray even on dirt level 1. I know it because as a modder I sometimes forget to inject the dirt map into .wtd. Apparently, the game uses the (alpha) clear texture since the dirt is not available. If you want to know how to remove dirt properly, see this:
