LAFD Crashes

When I load the game it loads perfectly until the cartoon pops up then loads up 50% then crashes. Help?

Did you installed any mods ??

Did you run the GTASA.EXE with Administration rights? And also did you down grade your GTASA to v1?

I assume this is the LAFD we released (FRmods) if so be sure you have all the requirements to play this mod: http://frmods.com/frmods/requirements.php (under LAFD) its about the same as SAPD:FR.

It must be some other mod though, lafd is not active unless you press the defined buttons, can you tell me the following
-Your GTA.exe version
-Your Cleo version (v4 is required)
-Your other mods.
