Because the Server I'm playing on didn't allow ELM/ELS.
Now I'am asking you, I am looking for an alternative for Emergency Light Mod.
It just have to change the Lights of the car back and forth.
Sort of like a strobe-light system

I'm sure there's a cleo mod you can get, but the lights will only flash for you as far as i know.

No elm will flash but if yours is on then you can't see others
