Problems with loading screen.

So i've decided to try out IV just for fun, but i have one big issue. Once i go in-game the loading screen keeps staying there and there's music at the beginning, but then it stops.

Here's the mods i installed.

3 police vehicles
''GPM mod pack installer'' (The els, asi etc)

I have version 1.0.7.0

Well since Austin wasn't much of a help, I'll go ahead and post something useful:
I've always been telling guys around here that it is NOT recommended to install packs unless you're sure you can handle the risks that come with it. I've been in the same scenario about twice (however, it wasn't due to packs). I'd suggest you restore the backup (I assume you're not that foolish not to take backups before doing a crazy deed like this) and see if that works.
