Don't you think it would be a good idea to post that on the LCPDFR site? I don't think any of the dev team that would be able to answer that are even on this forum anymore. But from what I see in there, try running as admin when you install it. Right click on installer>Run as Admin

Too many mods are causing the cars not to load..you could lower your graphic settings or remove some un-needed modded cars.

i don't have that many mods and my graphics settings are all low. Also If i bypass the police station and load lcpdfr and then force duty, it works for a little while and then there are no cars on the street and then ill get wanted levels but still get callouts.

Sounds like you need to remove some of your mods like Archerymodz said. Try going back to a vanilla install of just LCPDFR and SNT, don't use any modded cars or any mods. Then if it works, slowly add things you want starting with whatever is most important to you and then keep adding until your PC can't handle it anymore and it starts crashing. Just curious, what mods are you using?

Your not using any other script mods? I would say try putting the normal IV cars back in and start by replacing Noose or FBI and see what happens. Keep adding things like I said before and see how much your PC can take. I think you said it earlier but use low settings too
