Will this support GTA IV?

Well, I got a new PC, I know the graphics card isnt really nice but I was wondering if it would run GTA IV, what do you guys think?

Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10GHz

4 GB Ram

300 GB HDD

GeForce GT520 2GB DDR3

should be fine i run a p4 ht 3.20 3 gb ram and ati 4550 1gb and i get 20 steady with many mods enjoy it

Well guys, I installed it and it runs cool but sometimes it freezes for a second but it doenst crash, I wouldnt call it Lag cuz when Im running it I have around 30 FPS but it freezes for a second, is there a way to fix it?
