GPM members, I encourage you to occasionally take a look at this page and keep in mind the price some pay for protecting you and your loved ones. Law enforcement is a dangerous profession and all fallen officers should be recognized.

You can post about any Officer I'm sure Barefoot wouldn't mind! If an Officer pays the fatal price for protecting the community, they deserve to be honoured for what they did no matter where they're from!!!!

I hope he Rests In Peace as well! And my thoughts are also with his family, friends and colleagues!
Every time I hear of a fallen officer, I think of this.
Quite moving.A Policeman's Prayer
Lord, I ask for courage;
Courage to face and conquer my own fears...
Courage to take me where others will not go.
I ask for strength;
Strength of body to protect others...
Strength of spirit to lead others.
I ask dedication;
Dedication to my job to do it well...
Dedication to my community to keep it safe.
Give me, Lord, concern;
For all those who trust me...
And compassion for those who need me
And, please, Lord, through it all; be at my side.
