New to GTA IV!

Hey guys, new to PC gaming and to GTA IV. I just bought and built my computer last week and I'm pretty pumped to start playing GTA :)
My Specs:
Asus P8Z68-V Pro Z68 Motherboard
Intel I7 2600K Quadcore Unlocked 3.4GHZ
Corsair Vengeance Low Profile Blue 16GB RAM
Antec High Current 900W Power Supply
Western Digital WD Caviar Black 750GB 7200RPM 64MB Buffer HDD
Antec Kuher H20 Liquid CPU Cooling
EVGA GeForce GTX 580 DS Superclocked Fermi 797MHZ 1536MB Graphics Card
And of course windows 7, however I will most likely upgrade to 8 when it drops.

Hoping to get into the mods that are out there as they look insane! Props to those who create these mods, without you guys GTA IV wouldn't be nearly as fun!
