Still, It would be better and cheaper to build it yourself. You could get much more powerful parts.

There are multiple tutorials on how to assemble computer parts, and there is unlimited customization capabilities on assembling your own PC.

Ok u will not find a computer that will run GTA IV for $180, probably wont even run GTA SA good enough to play it online so go for the base setup that will run GTA IV. My computer is old and cheap but still runs GTA IV fine with all the emergancy vehicles modded on medium to high settings
    the specs are
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual core 5200+ (AM2 chip)
Graphics card: Nvidia Geforce GTS 250 1GB GDDR3
    Ram: 4GB DDR2
    HDD: 1TB Samsung HD103SJ and 250GB Western Digital WD2500KS
    Sound: Sound Blaster X-Fi XtremeGamer
    OS: Windows XP Pro SP3
    Wired keyboard and mouse
    Logitech X530 Speaker System
    DirectX 10

i prefer windows XP because i think it is the most stable OS windows have made and that most older games work on but it is you choice to what you use
