Well thats for most our mods released to VIP.. this mod has no release date to the public yet, because its development isn't finished.. when development finishes on this mod it will be released to everyone

How's the development going and is it finished?

Its released to frmods vip users, the development is going good, but the typing the data in is hard due the the TXD being in front covering variable text. Other features will be added to replace that one. Expect a release sometime next week or maybe even sooner.
