Yeah,openIV is....wait.If you're trying to extract audio files (as you're an audiophile),SparkIV will be the way to go.I say try reinstalling.Mine is 0.6.7.Whats yours?

Try reinstalling if possible.And to make OpenIV open the correct directory,go to Options>General and change it to whatever you want.

im uninstalling and reinstalling the entire game. If it still acts up, im done messing around with this ****...
