I fixed the problem with fraps not recording sound but now I have a problem with Windows 7 movie maker. When I published my video it played and then froze the picture for about 2 minutes and then played the next part which was 2 minutes later in the game and it keeps doing this until the end plus I can't make HD video. I can upload it to Youtube if people want to actually see the problem. On youtube it will be in 720p but the quality of the viseo is really bad.

don't record HD videos, they take up more room on your hard drive and eat away at your cpu usage...

Do you know where I could get a lite version of it cause I don't need all the fancy editing stuff it comes with. I have been thinking of getting it anyway.

I'd recommend recording the video in full size if your hard drive can handle it. Then use Adobe Premiere to edit and export. Premiere is easy to use and supports exporting in 1080p H.264 and 720p H.264, in 30 FPS or 60 FPS (I recommend recording in 30 FPS in fraps)

    Results look like this:

REMEMBER: IF YOU ARE RECORDING IN 720p AND EXPORTING IN 1080p IT WILL LOOK LIKE DOG ****, ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOUR EXPORT RESOLUTION MATCHES YOUR RAW FOOTAGE RESOLUTION.
