Can't you just download the whole pack and then only use crown vic?
Okay, so I really want a LVMPD texture pack. I scroll for hours along the Showroom and finally see LVMD and i'm like :D OMG then the Down Load link is invalid http://gtapolicemods.com/showthread....exture-Package
Then I click on it and cry. I just need the Crown vic you see at first. I will love you if you make it.

Do you have Spark IV? go to one of the copcar texture files like police.wtd (not wft) and click edit on the toolbar on top. then click on where you see police_sign_1 on the left side and click import and replace it with the texture you downloaded (make sure the texture you are replacing the old one with has the same name [police_sign_1]).
