Beyond frustrated.

Alright so here's the deal.. I've been a long time lurker. I've downloaded alot from here before and I love all of it. So kudos to all of you who make this game even more awesome lol. But recently I've run into. "slow down! you're downloading too fast. please wait X seconds to download." But the thing is... I haven't been able to down load any thing in months. It just says this to me every time I try to down load a skin or car or some thing. Help?! :( I'm kinda computer savy so i have tried to fix this my self but I really have no idea what to do. Any ideas on whats going on and how I can fix it?! lol thank youuuu

Are you logged in while you are trying to download the mods?

Yes. and I've tried being logged out and downloading too. Doesn't work

Not sure what to tell you its working on my end just fine maybe use a different browser, also a minor note our security system has a red flag on you and as this wont stop you from downloading it does detect if someone has a proxy or has unknown connections such as spyware might be worth running spybot search and destroy and ccleaner (google them) could resolve the problem for you.
