damned problem

whats up guys i have a strange problem :the cars (tuners) like:elegy and uranus and sultan and jester cant be tuned !!!! i mean when i go to the garage i only get wheels paintjobs nitro
i tried to use a backup handling.cfg.vehicles.ide
but still nothing happens any 1 knows why please tell me
by the way i was using sami but i stopped

I have same problem with the installed mods ........(when I look at that car in a particular angle)...................but I didn't understand what's your problem.........................any way are you reinstalled

no but before 10 minutes i used gtavicecity.ru to install the same car
their car mods can be installed with a setup or manual i used the setup and played the game and found the tuning parts

First did the mod come with tuning part that you want to use?

And second (you might not understand right at first) when making that cars they use what are call dummies. In 3ds mac they look like little green boxes. The attach to a part and tells that game that that is a door, window, misc, wheel, etc. so it probably dose not have a dummy for nos and other parts. so the game reals it as parts cant be add.

Third you might have not install that dff like wing_a_b or something called like that.
