Editiing civilian cars to have a siren

I know that if you enable ELS that it has a siren but if i want to add like a second firetruck how do i get that to have sirens

is there a way to just change a vehicle like what I actualy want to do is replace the SabreGT with a Police Ford mustang. i have it working with ELS but what file or code do i change for the siren?

You can't get cars to pull over for a civilian vehicle. You can get the siren sound with ELS by hitting "G".

The ELS siren key, or the fact that cars won't pull over for a civilian car?
You can change the siren key in ELS.ini. There is no way to make cars pull over for a civilian car.
