I have seen a North Carolina State Trooper skin, but not a model. Does anyone know of a model or can make one with the correct lighting? The skins I have seen are black, but I would like to have the more common silver skin. If anyone can find this or make it thanks.

Yup, I live in NC too, I mostly just see the chargers and some unmarked chargers every now and then. See any models for GTA IV?

Agreed...can someone make a 2013 Charger MODEL for the NCSHP? All the 2013 chargers I have downloaded from this website as well as others are all glitched, and whenever you go into "dashcam" view it just shows the engine. Plus it seems like they all don't handle right. Would be nice to see this..... (LINK)
Boeing it might be just your game!no one else has those problems.ive tried all the chargers and they work fine,but i have a very high cpu.they all handle perfect.check your handling.dat
