Moded cars turn out silver

Hey guys,

New to the site so if I am posting this in the wrong thread or simply asking a question that has already been answered I apologize.

Ok so recently I downloaded GTA:SA for my mac. I have been trying to use SAMI to mod the police cars.

The mods install correctly except for one thing and it's that the whole car is silver. I read somewhere that the graphics of the car were too good for the game and that is why and if that is the case then how do I fix the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Comp Specs:
2.2 GHZ Intel Core 2 Duo
2 GB 667 MHZ DDR2 SDRAM
Running MAC OSX 10.6.8

The problem is SAMI........throw it away.......reinstall game or gta3.img(gtasan/models/gta3.img) and mod cars using IMGTOOl....

might not if you upload a SS (a picture of the screen) then we will be more able to help with problem

also it could be because of .TXD fail so no textures appear
