San Andreas State Trooper: Crown Vic Slicktop V1.0

I need help installing this car. I tried using SAMI but it gave an error. I've tried everything I could find. Heres the car title San Andreas State Trooper: Crown Vic Slicktop V1.0. Use IMGTOOL.......google it... you can able to find it .........for more help .....just goto youtube ...........

I've already tried that. I opened gta 3.img and went to commands and add then I added the files. I couldn't find the car in the game. Plz reply when you can. SAMI won't install this kind of file.

move your gta3.img to your desktop then install the mod and put the img file back
