help with lights

i downloaded this new tahoe (http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1545) and i had to download the ELS V6 and now when i turn the lights on there very dim. like on the car it self you can barely see them. does anybody know how to fix this?

If you are using an ENB of some sort that is why. Some ENBs' settings do not integrate well with ELS.
