Actually,its recommended to have only one asi loader in your directory.You have both,xlive and dsound.
Just an FYI,I also have both and the games runiing just fine for years.
I've already done most of the work and found out that it's caused by Xlive. I get this error after playing the game for about a minute or so every time I play.

Basically my question is what do I do with this? The only Xlive.dll file I have is the games for windows one found in my System32 and I don't know if I should delete it or what. I have Dsound installed in my GTA 4.
Only Dsound is in my directory not Xlive. Xlive is in System32 according to my system scan and Dsound is in GTA 4 directory
Edit: Plus I just did a fresh install a couple hours ago so I don't know how Xlive would have gotten in the mix...
