Still Having Issues Uploading Mods

Once again, I am still getting the message that my mods exceed the upload limit. I am trying to upload an updated LACMTA pack with 2 New Flyer buses (D40LF and C40LF), but I still cannot upload mods to the downloads section. What is the problem?

We dont know why this happens because it does not happen for everyone. Its like 1/10 people have this issue so im not sure its server related. If i cant replicate the problem or see it in the logs i dont know how to fix it. Send chris land a pm and see if he will upload it for you.
