someone should really make a bmw police bike with the right kind of lights
I've done a little searching on Yahoo.. If you use the keywords "gta sa police bike", on the first page, up three from the bottom, there is a BMW police bike. I'm not sure if it's the one you're looking for, (they look pretty similar to me) nor do I know if it is ELM-enabled, (which I doubt) but just thought I should let you know.

The most similar of the bike that you guys are suggest is BMW R1150RT which you can download from various and for sure non-ELM the only flashing light is the headlight
