Cannot save ELS.INI files - Access is denied?

Hi all,

I recently downloaded TLAD and with that come new Police slots. I installed some ELS vehicles and they didn't work ingame. I scanned the ELS.INI file and found they were set to ''0''. I switched them to ''1'' and then tried to save, but then the save window came up over it as If I was saving a new file I had just typed. I tried to overwrite the file (Which should work) and then it said ''Access is denied''.

Does anyone know why I can't do this? There was no Right-Click option to Run as Admin, and my account is an Admin account.

I don't know what the problem is.

Update: I figured the solution. Unfortunately I don't know how to delete this threat. Very confusing layout.

Seems like an admin right problem.Have you set your folder's proper permissions config? Check your folder's properties tab.If it has "read-only" ticked,there might be a problem.Also,I think you might've accidently enabled your UAC settings.
