Why wont it let me Upload picture

Hi, everytime i try to upload a picture it doesnt work and comes up saying - An error occurred while attempting to create a folder for your files. If the problem persists, please notify the webmaster please help??

Are you trying to upload to the developer section or picture of the minute?

Also Kaya, daedaelus is not the only staff member of GPM, please send those requests to a moderator or adviser. That is part of their job and they have a lot less on their plates then daedaelus.
