ELS Error

When im trying to activate the lights i usually have to hold down the hotkeys for a few seconds.
And the panel doesnt work ( ALT + M )

I only have 1 mod , LCPD:FR.

I can provide any thing needed to help me solve this problem.
Please help its been a real pain.

Did you play with ELS values before the error showed up? Have you tried reinstalling? What version of ELS?

No i havent , yes i have tried , v6.


EDIT : If you could send me your files of ELS that would be great.

Not possible,friend.I use v5.v6 is a pain in the **** for me :(

EDIT : I downloaded v4 and tried to use it, it works and the holding time is a bit shorter but i still have to hold them down. Panel still doesnt work

Im having a problem just downloading the ELS. It wont download as a zip file, just nothing in it :(

I am having the same problem as Tuckersi. I'm new to this lcpd mod stuff and I tried downloading the ELS and its not a zip file........
