I installed GTA IV; however I don't really know where to go from there. How do I install mods with police cars? Also, the game seems to be not very smooth, but yet skips from ever action into a slow action. So instead of it being a smooth running game, it seems to be skipping; if that makes sense? Any input would be appreicated.
