Lagg In GTA:IV

I Recently Downloaded GTA:IV From Utorrent However When i play steering the car brings so much lag i have the Windows 7 Insiprion 1 DELL And i only wanted GTA:IV For the Police mod how do i fix this if i can

Wow okay first of all BUY THE **** GAME! Secondly you need to post your computer specs. Games don't work on all computers. Just because you have a PC and the game says it is for PC does not mean it will work....
