Use OpenIV.
Sheesh! So many guys with complains for Spark are showing up nowadays.
Can you guys tell me how to correctly install this... I used SparkIV and it doesn't show the Vehicle. Also, it crashes when I spawn it and when I get three stars, its the PolPatriot.
Also if you could, download it your self and give me instructions...
