Secondary Vehicles using ELS?

I downloaded the LAPD pack and its great execpt the Feroci2 and a coronor's vehicle was added but how do you get the ELS to work on them as they have lightbars and seem to be able to use ELS? Anyone willing to help me?

What slot is that? Anything and everything except Police,Police2,NOoSE,NStockade,PStocakde,Police3,P olice4,FBI,PoliceB will not make use of ELS.

Actually I put a school bus into my game and it uses ELS fine. You just need to add the name of the vehicle from the directory and copy and paste the lines form above underneath that. Then yuo can change the colors to what you want.

Its partly right.Because on "other" vehicles,you don't get the benefit of running police computer and tapping real-time police siren.Neither can you expect the cops to spawn in it and drive around like they normally do with their cruisers.
Oh,and I was referring about "added" police vehicle slots.

u get police3, police4, and policeb, I added polpat2 and that works too,
i am not using tbogt either just regular gta4.All have working sirens and els.
its great having a big force to bad lcpdfr dont recognize the slots.
