Hello everybody!

After poking around this forum, and watching youtube videos of the LCPDFR mods, I really want to get this for my desktop and be able to play. I'm currently running Windows 7, and I was going to buy this: http://www.amazon.com/Grand-Theft-Au...7897914&sr=8-1

Would this work with LCPDFR mods? I don't want to create cars, just download some cars and just play.

If you need more info such as what my desktop can handle I can edit or post again the info. (which I can find out pretty soon, I'm terrible at computers, I'm a Xbox 360 guy :P)

you can play LCPDFR with the CD. But we need your make or computer specs to tell you if you PC can run it. Try googleing can my pc run gta iv and run a system check (most are auto detect or PC.

So I don't know if this is all that you need, but I have an HP. It has an AMD Phenom II X4 910 Processor (2.60 GHz), 8 GB RAM, a 64 bit Operating System and again, running windows 7.

I wish the xbox had the capabilities for the LCPDFR. I used to play GTAIV and just end up ******* people off because I'd act like a cop. I figure I could be a cop if I got it for the PC haha.

Your AMD Phenom might run it at an okey-dokey FPS,but we don't have any information of your graphics card,so its a bit difficult to tell how good will your PC perform under one of the worst strains called--GTA4.

I used a website called "Game O Meter" which can run a system check to see if you can run the game, and It said my processor is fine, but my graphics card is horrible. Below the minimum requirement. So I may buy another. It recomended a ATI Radeon HD 3870 512MB for the medium performance and the ATI Radeon X1900 256MB for the minimum.

GTA:IV would never accept anything below 1GB graphics card.So,you better search google like "ATI RadeonHD3870 (for instance) GTA:IV".That way you'll get a number of vids which would've been captured with that specific card.You may see the gameplay quality for yourself then.
